As part of this practice, Mr McGaughey has represented various Franchisors in litigation including enforcements of covenants against Franchisees, and in trademark infringement claims.
Mr.McGaughey has also represented would-be franchisees in reviewing Franchise Agreements and the UFOC for various franchises.
Mr. McGaughey is a 1988 Graduate of the University of Georgia school of Law and a 1985 graduate of Davidson College.
