Timothy J. McGaughey is an Atlanta native who was born in Atlanta on Dec 9, 1963. He went to Davidson College and graduated with his B.A. cum laude in 1985 and acquired his J.D. cum laude from University of Georgia in 1988. Mr McGaughey was admitted to the bar in 1988 in Georgia.
